Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at team@elavite.co with your order number. We will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon receipt.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
